Review of Always

Author Rachael Vaughn knows how to write a suspenseful book. Her newest book, Always, is no exception.

Lawyer Wade Anders and his assistant, Trey Ross, take on a case that will stretch family and friend loyalty to the breaking point. A seventeen year old boy named Jamal is accused of committing murder. Wade believes the boy is innocent and he plans to prove it, no matter what the cost to himself. As if that is not enough to deal with, there is also a drug lord that is somehow involved with Trey’s half-brother. This presents Wade and Trey even more problems to deal with.

The writing style flows smoothly and this is a quick, easy read. The writing style is very descriptive, bringing the action front and center to the reader. The suspense and tension escalates throughout the book and you want to continue turning pages to find out what happens next.

I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a suspenseful, action packed book. This is the second book that I have read by this author and they were both equally well-written and good.

I received a free copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for a honest review. I would like to thank NetGalley and Publish Green for the opportunity to read and review Always.
