Welcome to the Three Amigos Summer Reading Club.
This week’s theme for our Summer Reading Club is Paranormal. This was a very hard theme for me to pick from because it happens to be my favorite genre. Since I couldn’t have more than one pick, I decided this week’s selection is Sketch Me If You Can by Sharon Pape. It is the first book in her A Portrait Of Crime Mystery Series. There are four books in the series and I have read three of them. And I loved them all. I would highly recommend this series.
She’s a police sketch artist. He’s a dead lawman. Together, they put a face on murder.
When her uncle dies suddenly, police sketch artist Rory McCain inherits a list of clients from his private detective business and a beautiful, old house with a ghostly inhabitant: Federal Marshal Ezekiel Drummond, aka Zeke.
Having a ghost as a housemate is bad enough, but as Rory’s drawn into one of her uncle’s unsolved cases and faces a cold-blooded killer, she may need the marshal’s supernatural help to stay alive. (Goodreads)
So grab a copy of this book, leave the lights on and don’t be afraid if you see a ghostly apparition, it’s only Federal Marshal Ezekiel Drummond, keeping an eye on you.
Okay, enough about me. Let’s check out what books my two amigos have picked for this week’s theme.
