Review:

Whenever I read a book by this author, there are a few things I know will happen: the characters will be heartwarming, the setting inviting and the mystery will be well plotted. This book was no different.

Whenever I read a Christmas River cozy, I feel like I am visiting old friends. The characters are well rounded and well developed and I really enjoy any time that I get to spend with them. Cinnamon and Kara are such good friends, we should all have someone like her in our lives. The relationship between Warren, her grandfather, and Cinnamon always leaves me smiling and feeling good.

The author’s description of Christmas River painted a vivid picture in my mind and I felt like I was there visiting. The writing style flows smoothly and it defines the characters very clearly by their actions and words. The mystery was engaging and held my interest
and curiosity throughout the entire book.

I would highly recommend this book (and series) to anyone who enjoys a well crafted cozy mystery. Christmas River is such a great place to visit and I think that you will agree.
