Review:
The characters are well rounded and well developed. It’s Christmas time in Sweetwater Springs and that means Glory is busy getting ready for the holiday and she is also helping her Momma host a big fruitcake competition. Things do not go as planned when one of the baker’s turns up dead. Now Glory has to try and figure out who the killer is so their holiday’s are not ruined. With help from her Momma and her daughter, Macy, she is on the case.
The writing style flows smoothly and keeps moving at a great pace. The author is very talented in her descriptive writing and these descriptions kept me engaged throughout the entire book. The mystery was well plotted and not easily solved. I was not sure who the culprit was until it was revealed at the end.
I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a well crafted cozy mystery. You should grab a copy and enjoy.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book and provided my honest review.
