Review:
The characters are well rounded and well developed. Sophie is living her life the best she can, living with her Aunt Rose, working two jobs and trying to save money with couponing. When she finds the dead body of one of her fellow couponers, she has no idea why someone would want to kill her. She gets pulled into the mystery and wants to figure out who the killer is. AJ, her boyfriend, is not that happy that she is snooping but there is not much he can do about it.
The writing style flows smoothly and it defines the characters very clearly through their actions and words. The author is very talented in her descriptive writing and these descriptions pulled me into the book and took me on an intriguing ride. The mystery was well plotted and was not easily solved. There were enough twists and turns to keep me guessing.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a well crafted cozy. The characters were great, the setting was comfortable and the mystery was puzzling. I am looking forward to reading the next book to see what trouble Sophie finds herself in next.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book provided by Booksprout, which I greatly appreciate .
