Review:

Mel and Angie have entered a cooking contest called Challenge to the Chef to help promote their business Fairy Tale Cupcakes.  Mel’s menter from culinary school, Vic, is one of the judges.  But he will does not even get the chance to judge–instead he is murdered.  Now Mel and Angie will have to figure out who the culprit is so justice is served for Vic. They will have help from their family (especially Angie’s brothers) and friends as they try to figure out the mystery.

The author is very talented in her descriptive writing and these descriptions pulled me into the story right from the beginning to end.  The writing style flows smoothly and the book is an easy read.  The mysterious well crafted and there are enough clues to sift through and suspect to consider.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a well crafted cozy mystery.  Check out the book, you will be glad you did.
